I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?
Yes! While we need your insurance information to bill your provider, you can still begin or continue treatment using our private pay options. Once you have your card or coverage details, we can help you transition back to insurance billing.

How much will my copayment be?
Copayment amounts vary depending on your specific insurance provider and plan. To get an exact figure, we recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card. Our team is also happy to help you verify your benefits and provide a clear breakdown of your expected costs before you begin treatment.

What is your new patient procedure?
Joining the ABAzing family is a simple, four-step process designed to get your child the right support as quickly as possible:

Initial Inquiry: Contact us to share your needs and verify your insurance coverage or private pay options.

Intake & Documentation: Complete our digital intake packet and provide a copy of your child’s diagnosis and insurance card.

Clinical Assessment: A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with your child to evaluate their strengths and create a personalized treatment plan.

Start of Services: Once the plan is approved, we match your child with a dedicated therapist and begin your journey toward progress!
