Hi, I’m Promis. My journey with ABAzing has allowed me to grow from Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to Administrative Assistant and now Office Manager, giving me a deep understanding of both the clinical and family sides of ABA. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently completing my Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Autism Specialty, with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) very soon!

I am passionate about understanding behavior, support, and meaningful change. I truly believe that when we give our best, we create change — for your child, for your family, and for how the world understands mental and developmental differences. As Office Manager, I’m here to help you navigate services, understand your options, and feel supported every step of the way. Whether you need resources, answers, or simply encouragement, I’m here for you.

Hi, my name is D’Ayvion. As your administrator and ABAzing’s ongoing admin assistant for 2 years, my primary focus is to offer the support and guidance necessary to help you and your family successfully reach graduation. I handle key operational tasks, including greeting you upon arrival, managing phone calls, and orienting you through our systems and processes. Furthermore, I am here to provide essential moral support to you and your family whenever needed. I will use my expertise and experiences adopted from many different roles to ensure this. I look forward to discussing your family’s needs and expectations, and working with you and your family in the near future.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

The Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. BTs/RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an BT/RBT Supervisor and/or an BT/RBT Requirements Coordinator, who are responsible for all work BTs/RBTs perform

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst / Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA®) is an undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals certified at the BCaBA level provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals certified at the BCBA level are independent practitioners who provide behavior-analytic services.
